How is the reception of groups organised?
If your group has its tickets:
The group goes with its tickets straight to the main entrances to the event at the latest by the time indicated on the Ticket.
Admission takes place in the order in which visitors with a ticket arrive.
If your group has decided to collect its ticket on the spot:
The courier must go, with the email confirming the purchase, to the Menton Tourist Information Office Groups Ticket Office no later than one hour before the time of the event.
If your group has not bought its tickets in advance:
The courier must go to the Menton Tourist Information Office Groups Ticket Office to buy last minute tickets depending on the number of tickets still available for sale.
For your customers’ convenience, we advise you to go to the “drop off” point situated on the Promenade du Soleil, opposite the Cocteau Museum, on Esplanade Francis Palmero, before going to the car park at your disposal in Garavan, on the Porte de France. At the end of the event you will be able to use the same “drop off” point to pick up your customers.
