Before the Fête du Citron®: the Tourist Office is open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

During the Fête du Citron®: the Tourist Office is open every day, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. On the days of the Gardens of Lights and Night-time Parades, the reception desk remains open until 9 p.m.

Purchases can be made by cheque, Chèques-Vacances holiday vouchers, bank card (VISA, EUROCARD) or bank transfer.

If your group already has its tickets:

The group must proceed directly to the main entrances of the event with its tickets, no later than 1 hour before the start of the Parade or the Gardens of Lights.

Admission is granted in the order of arrival of visitors holding a valid ticket.

If your group has chosen to collect its tickets on site:

The group leader must go to the group ticket desk at the Menton Tourist Office with the purchase confirmation e-mail, no later than 2 hours before the start of the Parade or the Gardens of Lights.

If your group has not purchased its tickets in advance:

The group leader may purchase tickets from the group ticket desk at the Menton Tourist Office no later than 2 hours before the start of the Parade or the Gardens of Lights, subject to availability.

For the Citrus Patterns Exhibition and the Orchid Festival and Winter Garden, last admission is 30 minutes before the end of the event.
