Before the Fête: the Tourist Office is open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

During the Fête: the Tourist Office is open every day, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. On the days of the Gardens of Light and Night-time Parades, the reception desk remains open until 9 p.m.

You can make your purchases there by cheque, Chèques-Vacances holiday vouchers, bank card (VISA, EUROCARD), bank transfer or cash.

If your group already has its tickets:

The group must proceed directly to the main entrances of the event, with its tickets, no later than 1 hour before the start of the Parade or the Gardens of Light.

Admission is granted in the order of arrival of visitors holding a ticket.

If your group has opted for on-site collection:

The accompanying person must present themselves at the group ticket counter of the Menton Tourist Office, with the purchase confirmation email, no later than 2 hours before the start of the Parade or the Gardens of Light.

If your group has not purchased its tickets in advance:

The accompanying person may present themselves at the group ticket counter of the Menton Tourist Office to purchase tickets, no later than 2 hours before the start of the Parade or the Gardens of Light, subject to availability.

For the Citrus Designs Exhibition and the Orchid Show and Winter Garden, last admission is 30 minutes before the event closes.
