Accessibility and Carte Mobilité Inclusion
The Tourist Office offers free admission or reduced rates, depending on the event, to people with disabilities and, where applicable, to their accompanying person under the conditions set out below.

I have a Carte Mobilité Inclusion marked “Invalidité”
CMI rates apply to holders of a Carte Mobilité Inclusion marked “Invalidité”, as well as to their accompanying person when the need for assistance is indicated on the card.

Standing access in the promenade area
Admission is free for holders of a Carte Mobilité Inclusion marked “Invalidité”.
The accompanying person also benefits from free admission when the need for assistance is indicated on the card. Otherwise, they must hold a ticket at the rate corresponding to their situation.
Grandstand access
A seated place in the grandstand is available at a rate of €15 for holders of a CMI marked “Invalidité”.
This rate also applies to the accompanying person when the need for assistance is indicated on the card. Otherwise, the accompanying person must hold a ticket at the rate corresponding to their situation.
Unless otherwise requested, seats are allocated in the lower rows of the grandstand, subject to availability.
Booking CMI tickets
Requests for tickets at the CMI rate must now be made exclusively using the dedicated online form.
This form allows you to provide the information required to process your request, including your contact details, the performance you wish to attend, the number of tickets required and the supporting documents requested.
Before starting your request, please make sure you have a copy of both sides of your Carte Mobilité Inclusion marked “Invalidité”.
Requests made directly at the ticket office on the day of the event, without prior booking, will be processed subject to availability and only upon presentation of the card.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The citrus sculpture exhibition is accessible to wheelchair users.
As the different areas of the Jardins Biovès are separated by steps and a footbridge, wheelchair users can leave the first garden and access the entrance to the next garden from outside.
Yes. The Orchid and Winter Garden Show is held on the 1st floor of the Palais de l’Europe, which is accessible by lift from the ground floor.
Admission is free for holders of a Carte Mobilité Inclusion marked “Invalidité”, as well as for their accompanying person when the need for assistance is indicated on the card.
For other visitors, admission to the Show is subject to the applicable rates.
Accessible toilets for people with reduced mobility are located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the Palais de l’Europe, avenue Boyer, near the Tourist Office.
During the parades, an accessible toilet is also installed at place Saint-Roch.
Reserved parking spaces for holders of a Carte Mobilité Inclusion marked “Stationnement” are available around the event area, particularly on cours du Centenaire, near the Menton Post Office.
